Purple Power Protein Smoothie

  • 2 Scoops of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 C. Frozen blueberries
  • 1 C. Fresh Spinach or Kale (or a mixture of both if your feeling wild!)
  • 1/2 C. Ice
  • 3/4 C. of Water

Blend all ingredients til smooth!

    1. It was really tasty! It tastes like chocolate covered blueberries, the spinach and kale add really no flavor, so you just get the nutritional benefits without any weird aftertastes! Plus, I would never post a recipe that I thought was gross! That’s just rude. 🙂
