Green Smoothie Experiment

I’ve always dreamed of opening a juice and smoothie bar on the coast. In order to make this happen one day, I thought I better start making up some of my own smoothie recipes, so I can have some originals! I had a non-green smoothie drinker give me reviews on whether they were even edible! I figured the harshest critic could help improve the recipe so anyone would want to try it.

The ingredients are simple and relatively cheap!

1/2 C Coconut water

1 C frozen fruit (mango, pineapple, strawberry)

1/4 C Greek yogurt Vanilla

1/2 Banana

2 C Mixed spinach and kale

  1. Hi Jeanette! Thanks for the awesome green smoothie recipe. I am always trying to make these and fail miserably. My wife and I are going to try this one out, it sounds delicious. Thanks for taking the time to create this blog and share these recipes. Keep up the good work!

  2. I like the recipe. I will have to try it out some time soon. Smoothies are always a great refreshing drink. I work on a skin care blog and I notice that a lot of people are concerned about the products they use on their skin and the type of food they eat. People like all natural products and ingredients. This is good as it helps people promote a healthier lifestyle and shows that they are conscientious about what happens to their body. I’m always a fan of a good smoothie and I will have to try this one out! Thanks for the recipe!

  3. This looks so good! I love making green smoothies but I always put was too much kale and spinach in it so that you for the recipe!
