I’ve always dreamed of opening a juice and smoothie bar on the coast. In order to make this happen one day, I thought I better start making up some of my own smoothie recipes, so I can have some originals! I had a non-green smoothie drinker give me reviews on whether they were even edible! I figured the harshest critic could help improve the recipe so anyone would want to try it.
The ingredients are simple and relatively cheap!
1/2 C Coconut water
1 C frozen fruit (mango, pineapple, strawberry)
1/4 C Greek yogurt Vanilla
2 C Mixed spinach and kale
